2 ticket types for the same event capacity

    Hi again. Just a quick please. On an event we have 1 capacity and need 2 different ticket types with different price (1 only participating and 1 participating with gift) but we need both of them to count towards the same main event capacity. How to set this up please ?

    Hi @theblinkagency,

    Thank you so much for reaching out to us. We’re really sorry, but the shared ticket capacity (global ticket stock) feature is not yet available in Eventin. However, you can manage this in an alternative way.

    You can create one event with two different ticket types and set separate quantities for each ticket type. Once your total event capacity is reached, you’ll need to manually stop ticket sales. This is the best option currently while we plan to implement a dynamic shared capacity feature soon.

    We also want to let you know that the global ticket stock feature is already on our roadmap. Development is expected to start within a month, and we’d be happy to provide you with a beta version for testing once it’s ready.
