2 Sites Were Hacked

I have 2 sites that were hacked. The first one was about 3 months ago. The second one just happened today. They both have similar hacking patterns. Some items I have found are the following:

Plugins:
/age-s3
/emotional_haversack

Theme:
/hello-elementor/functions.php
/hello-elementor/includes/settings/settings-header.php

In order for me to get the site back up, I renamed the 2 plugins. Naturally, this is not a fix. I also believe that the database is infected. I don’t know of any kind of scanner I can run to know if it is indeed infected or not.

My question is this: If I upgrade to WordFence Premium, will they clean up the infection?

Also, if you have experience this yourself, do have an suggestion on how to clean the infection with little effort and downtime?
