2 Issues with latest version 4.0.17

    There are 2 issues that have appeared on our staging website that have occurred with the latest update

    First and most important, on your form widgets for this, the Name field has turned into a 0: screenshot: http://prntscr.com/nl2psr

    second, the plugin settings page seems out of whack, like it is missing the styling: screenshot: http://prntscr.com/nl2qye

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience you had.

    We have just released ES 4.0.18 which should fix the first issue which you mentioned.

    Regarding second issue, it seems cache issue. Please clear your browser cache by doing hard refresh (CRTL + SHIFT + R) and check once again.

    The first issue is not corrected. I have the form configured to show the name field, and now instead of a 0 it simply does not show: http://prntscr.com/nlj7ts

    It does this irregardless of the required box being checked as well

    I only have 2 forms. both are setup the exact same way, both have the same exact issue

    This issue still exists, and we are now requesting our client use a different plugin
