2 Huge Errors – Large Footer and Double Scrollbar

I’ve just implemented this plugin and I am getting a large unusual block originally from my footer over the majority of the page and also a scrollbar inside my browser scroll bar. Can you take a look at this please and let me know what the error is please? Link is http://www.11elevendc.com/blog
