I just updated my test environment to the latest official release (2.4.3) and I did not run into this issue. In order to help you, we would ask you to first perform conflict testing to see if you might be able to clear this issue up by deactivating all other plugins and using the default Storefront theme.
If that does not help, we would like to get your system report to review the specs and the site. In that case, you might want to open a private thread with us, in order to not share these details on a public forum.
Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

its not a plugin issue, unless its woocommerce or the stripe plugin. how do i send you my system details privately?
