I’m using Simple Snippet mode, and I tried with and without checking ‘suppress content filters’
I am having the same issue after updating to v1.9.2. It is not working for Simple Snippet and Advanced. I am running on a genesis theme.

Ditto. Shortcodes showing in sidebar as plain text on some pages.
Same here. I’m reverting back to 1.9.1 for now.
Simple snippets display the shortcode itself, not it’s expansion. e.g. [my-shortcode]
also , after upgrade to v1.9.2 shortcodes are not rendering
they just appear as [my_shortcode] on my sites
