    After updating the WP version to the latest, the shipping/checkout no longer works. Logs show 1500+ Warning Empty patterns received from the PTK Pattern Store errors. I have tried deactivating plugins, one by one and all of them and nothing is working. I do not have a recent backup to restore with the previous version of WP. Please any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Or can I rollback to the previous WP version without messing up the database or the website even more?

    At first, I would recommend running a full conflict test to rule out any possible plugin or theme conflicts. You can do this by disabling all other plugins, except WooCommerce. Should the issue persist, you can try switching to a default theme like Storefront. You can find further details on running a full conflict test from this guide.

    Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

    If the issue persists, please share a copy of your site’s System Status to understand your site setup. You can find it via WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support.. Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com. After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.
