12 hour format for admin calendar

I’m trying to figure out how to change the “DAY” calendar view in the admin section from 24-hour format to 12-hour format. The hours on the far left hand side are in a 24-hour format and I need it to show a 12-hour format. Please advise.

NOTE: I’m using the free version until I can confirm that this plugin works the way I need it to work.
