10web Instagram Feed – Token Error

    Hi.

    My instagram feed stopped working a few days ago. I have this error message “Instagram token is invalid or expired. Please reset token and sign-in again to get new one.”

    I reset the token and it did not work. I also followed these recommended steps for trouble shooting :

    1. Visit Instagram.com from your web browser and revoke access of the plugin from here,
    2. Log out from the current account signed in to Instagram.com,
    3. Go back to the WordPress administrative dashboard of your website,
    4. Navigate to Instagram Feed WD > Settings page, then press Reset Access Token,
    5. After the page reloads, click Sign in with Instagram, and log in to your account.

    Hello @neverknowsbest,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Please make sure that you have the latest version of the plugin installed on your site, that is 1.4.4 if free and 2.4.4 if pro. You can check the version WordPress admin area >plugins section.

    If you have the latest version then please enter Instagram feed > settings and make sure that you are authenticated.
    If you don’t have the latest version, then please install the latest version nd authenticate.

    If you are creating a hashtag feed, please make sure to logion to your Facebook account from Instagram feed > settings section to authenticate and then please do that as I show in my screencast, exactly the same steps https://www.loom.com/share/6164c1351df24c4db9eb6a9a04a27a96
