That error always means that the credentials are somehow incorrect. You need to double check everything involved.

    1) Make sure Sandbox Mode is not enabled.
    2) Make sure live account credentials are filled into the live account API fields.
    3) Make sure values are indeed accurate with no extra spaces or garbage on either end.

If you still need more help you should submit a ticket here so that I can work with you more privately.

    Hi,
I have this error… I have configurated my paypal account and generated API credentials, but when I use this credentials in Woocommerce Paypal settings and I try to Refund an order via Paypal it gives me this error ‘security header not found’ … I don’t know what else can I do, Be cause I double checked the credentials in both Paypal and Woocommerce settings.

    HELP!

@danielaroa9, It sounds like maybe you’ve entered credentials into the “PayPal” settings in WooCommerce, which is what WooCommerce gives you by default.

Our plugin would add “Express Checkout”, “Payments Pro”, etc.

You need to make sure you’re filling the proper credentials into the proper settings screens based on which gateways you’re actually processing payments with on your site.
