1. Thanks for the feedback. I will have our developer take a look at this to see if he can reproduce the problem and get it resolved ASAP.
2. Right now Admin and Shop Manager are indeed the only roles that we gave access to the offers. You may want to take a look at the Capability Manager plugin and see if that will allow you to fine-tune things the way you’re wanting.
We have just released an update to the plugin that should resolve this issue. Please apply the update and let me know if you continue to have problems.

for #2, I already have capability manager, I was wondering ‘which capacity’ controls this?
I tried by adding ‘edit post’ but that wasn’t it. Shop manager has 150 capabilities… so I know I can try them all to figure it out but if you know which one(s) it is, it’d be super helpful!!!
Upon further review we’re going to need to make an adjustment in the plugin before the capability manager will work with it. I’ve added that to our GitHub repo to be included in the next update.
thx for the update. Yes, it’d be nice to be able to make this easy, either select which role from your end, or if I can pinpoint which capability I need to give to whichever role I choose.
