    I have WP image capcha in the form, so why does this error occur in Mail 2 ? I need a copy of the form to go to the submitter. This error occurred maybe in the past year but didn’t exist previously. How can I get it to go away ?

    Recently, I am also unable to get copies of the form when I submit them as test forms. Was there an update that changed something ?
