• After downloading this plugin and upgrading to the premium version I found it to be mediocre at best. It relies on other plugins to function correctly which only adds to the already expensive price tag. The admin panel is far too complex if you are thinking of handing this over to a client, and the front end design would struggle to look up to date in 1995. The support was non existent, and tickets were constantly closed without any response. Wasted 3 weeks trying to give this plugin the benefit of the doubt but in the end was forced to give up and look elsewhere

    As for the plugin design, it completely depends on the styles of your active theme. The plugin is responsible for the booking functionality, but not its design/layout. Actually, the plugin is compatible with any theme created according to the WordPress standards. It uses the single post template of the active theme for accommodation type pages and standard CSS classes to pick up the styles of the active theme and mix in with the design. You may need to contact your theme provider to be sure that they have styles for standard CSS classes, which they normally do.

    As for the tickets, they get automatically closed if there is no response from a user/client within 7 days. Sometimes, if you have several tickets with the same issues, support agents merge them in 1 ticket and reply to it. Could you provide the number of the ticket(s) you have not got a response to?
