Sorry to hear you are having this issue.
0 Assets can be a caching issue, do you have any object caching?
If so, can you please clear all caches and check if the problem is gone?
In case you don’t have the object caching, please try to clear all data in the Plugin Health option https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hummingbird/#plugin-health and if the issue persists we suggest taking a Full backup and running a Full plugin / theme conflict test following this workflow:

I’m having a similar problem, I have done all the steps mentioned above, but still 0 assets available. Secondly, my WordPress follow button isn’t visible on my website, even though it’s visible in widgets customization
