Missing “Purchase” event + AddToCart issues

    Hi,

    1) my FB catalog diagnostic is reporting this:
    Missing “Purchase” event in mydomain.com Pixel
    Although, the relevant box is checked under “Track this eCommerce Conversions” in Pixel Caffeine General Settings.

    2) Also, please check this scrennshot of what the Pixel Helper shows after i Add a product To Cart: http://nimb.ws/Xdm4KH
    Both AddToCart and SubscribedButtonClick are being added when clicking add to cart. And there’s a warning too.

    Hi,

    1. do you have a custom checkout page? do you have an external plugin that manages the checkout? Also, have you checked the pixels triggered with Pixel Helper? I’d suggest finally to read this topic to have more info to debug the issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/before-posting-to-read-before-posting-a-topic/

    2. That warning appears because there isn’t any product catalog in your business manager with the Pixel ID associated, that contains the product ID specified in the content_ids parameter. You can use Pixel Caffeine 2.0.x to create also the product catalog and feed with the products you have on your website! 🙂 Check out the “Product Catalog” tab.
