You can set default values for the subject field from the WSDesk settings-> Ticket fields-> Edit option. Please refer our documentation here for more information.

Found the option. But what i need to type to get custom value’s from logged in user.
I created custom db values with machine info like brand – type – serialnumber.
I want the subject for example like: $Value-Companyname – $Value-Machinebrand TICKET NUMBER.

As of now, you must set the default values for the subject field.It is not possible to get custom values from logged in user. But, this is an interesting feature and we can add it to our feature list.
