• Customers are purchasing downloadable products that are supposed to be accessible immediately after payment via PayPal.
    However, the order is immediately put on hold and has this note attached: “Payment pending (multi_currency). Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.”, which means I have to log in and manually process the order so that the customer can receive their downloadable product.
    How do I prevent this?

  • Hello pah, this problem may be caused by your payment method. You can try to turn off our plugin and order the product again.
