Admin & User Email notification

    Hi and thanks for this awesome plugin!

    I have a problem regarding the email notifications.
    When the user creates a ticket or when the admin answers a ticket (from wp-admin), nobody gets an email alert. Do I need to have a paid add-on for that or it should work by default?

    Hi:

    That should work by default. However, many things can affect email delivery. The best thing to do is to try to install and configure an email transactional service like MAILGUN or SENDGRID. They have very detailed logs. With those logs you”ll be able to see if the email is being generated and not delivered or if the emails are not even being generated. In 99% of the cases we’ve seen, the email is being generated, just not delivered – even if other WP emails are delivered.
