Error Parsing Feed since migrating

    Since migrating from Sermon Browser our itunes feed has been down. When I log in to Apples Podcasts Connect I see the error ” Error parsing feed: Invalid XML: ” The enables showing of HTML box is unchecked in our podcast settings. Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reporting the issue.

    We’ll try to make an automatic fix, but in the meantime you should do the following:

    1. Go to Sermon Manager Settings, “Podcast” tab
    2. Check the option named “Redirect”
    3. Put the URL that is in iTunes in the first field
    4. Put the URL that is in “Feed URL to Submit to iTunes” field (on that page, under the options), in the second field
    5. Wait for max 24 hours, and feed should work again
