Date Disappears after save

    When picking the date it shows just fine and I upload my sermons and when I click on save the date disappears and it defaults back to today’s date. I’ve tried it with Firefox, Safari on my Mac, and also tried it on my iPad. It was working fine until I installed 2.11.1 last night.

    Hey, thanks for the report.

    Couple questions:

    1. Are you adding a new sermon or editing an existing one?
    2. Are you setting date in the field on the left (labelled “Sermon Date”) or the field on the right (“Published on”)?
    3. What PHP version are you using?

    Hey,

    We have maybe identified and fixed the issue, you can test the fix out in the development version.

    To use it, please do the following:

    1. Deactivate and remove existing Sermon Manager
    2. Upload and activate development version

    Note: No data will be lost and you will receive future updates normally.

    1) new Sermon first then I tried to edit the sermon both ways the date disappears.

    2] The date on the left labled sermon date (optional)

    3) PHP 7.1

    I’ll try the development version and see if that fixes the issue.

    I followed your directions and installed the development version and the date issue is resolved.

    Glad to hear it!

    The fix has been released in Sermon Manager 2.11.3
