Logo not showing properly

Hi guys,

Since the 4.0 update my VISA etc. logo have been showing a bit strange. Actually 4.0, 4.01 and 4.02 didn’t work for me at all, but 4.03 seems to be working expect the logo.

I would like to upload a picture here to show you, but I can’t find that option. But you can just add a product on my website and go to the checkout page, then you’ll see.

Is there a fix for this matter? Any help is much appreciated

Ideally, the image should render like below while using the 4.03

Now I am suspecting a conflict with the theme, Can you please disable all plugins except WooCommerce/ stripe, and switch to the default Twenty Seventeen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site

Hii,

Thanks for your imput. I did some testing and it is a conflict with my theme. That Health Check plugin is quite cool!

I tried the option from your documentation about switching logo and I managed to get another logo in – but the default one remained. Is it possible to remove the default logo, then I can get the problem fixed? 🙂

Are you referring to the Stripe Checkout image?

Please note that for this to work the image has to be 128×128 px and it will appear if you have enabled the stripe checkout: http://cld.wthms.co/AAiNk6

Hi hi,

Nope, sorry, the VISA/Mastercard logo next to the “credit card” text.

But I had to role back to the 3.2.3 version, as Credit card payments were failing for some reason.

With the 3.2.3 version, everything is back to normal, so I think I’ll stay with this one for now.
