Extra space loading on first in slideshow

    Hi,
    I have created a slideshow view of testimonials and when the first item loads, it adds extra space a second after it loads that drops the Client name field down with huge space between the image and the client detail. The other items load fine without the extra space being loaded. Also having the same thing happen on the single item views. Have tested all settings without luck of eliminating this issue.
    Any clues?

    Hi Rach,

    It sounds like a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Unfortunately, I can’t look for clues because your site is in maintenance mode.

    To narrow down the problem, try deactivating other plugins one by one and testing the slideshow each time. If the slideshow works then the conflict is with the last plugin deactivated.

    If you have deactivated all plugins and the problem continues, then it is a conflict with the theme.

    Tell me which plugin or theme and may be able to reproduce the problem in order to fix it.

    Update – it’s something to do with the featured image as when I remove the image it doesn’t add any extra spacing…

    That’s a good clue. We still need to narrow down the conflict.
