Users/Members disappeared after plugin updates

    Hi,

    I have updated some plugins in the site and when I checked on the backend the users were gone. We have about 49 users inside our wordpress site and now they are all gone after doing plugin updates.

    Is there a way to retrieve them or put them back? Please help!

    1. If you check the wp_users table via phpmyadmin (from your hosting control panel), are the users there?

    2. If so, what plugin(s) did you update?

    a) Please install the health check plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ and from the troubleshooting tab, disable all plugins. Can you see the users now?
    b) If so, enable plugins (from the toolbar) one at a time until they disappear. That will tell you what plugin is breaking your site.

    3. If not, do you have a backup of your database?
