getting page / post not found when registering

when i go to the setting page
i get links where the shortcodes are used but all of these pages do not exist – and i can’t seem to change them
i have deleted the plugin and reinstalled but to no avail

also they are using “IDs” in the url and I am using page names

please tell me what to do to fix this problem
