Hi,
When you try to manually associate it doesn’t save or is this just occurring on import? If it is just occurring on import could you send me the import file (mikede@mde-dev.com) and I will see if the format is wrong or if there is a bug in the plugin. If it is also happening when you manually try to associate can you give me more details about your system? What version of PHP? If it is easier feel free to send me an email and I can help you troubleshoot what is going on via that route.
Thanks,
Michael
Hi Michael,
Thanks for getting back to me. The issue occurs both when I import and when I try to do it manually. The WordPress version is 4.8.2 and the php version is 7.0
thanks again!
Daren
Hi Daren,
I can’t reproduce this issue. Anyway I could get more details about your system (DB version, table collation, etc..) or get a temporary login to your install?
Thanks,
Michael
Hi Again!
I’ve worked it out that it was 1and1s security settings that were the issue. Have sorted it by going back to self managed(which I should have done from the start!)
Thanks for your help
Daren
Hi Daren,
Great! Glad you got it working.
Thanks,
Michael
Importing using Associated Guests does not work … it works manually but not on import. Even when I setup manually, export, then delete entries, and import the exported data it does not import Associated Guests
Hi,
Can you send me (mikede@mde-dev.com) your test file so I can make sure it is correct? Are you also on 1&1?
Thanks,
Michael
