Does ecommerce have a product filter like woocommerce?

Yes is has filters. Please see for example this demo: http://demo.implecode.com/shopping-cart-catalog/catalog/

The box contains selected filters. Each filter is a WordPress widget and can be added to any of your widget areas. In the demo the filters are added to the Catalog Filters Bar widget area however they can also be added to the sidebar.
