    Just downloaded and purchased security for up to 3 websites. One of the websites I maintain is giving me this error message:

    2017-12-27 08:56:41: Error occured while sending sending security logs. Error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 11 MSG: Service disabled, please go to Dashboard https://cleantalk.org/my?product_id=4
    2017-12-27 08:40:49: Error occured while updating firewall. Error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 11 MSG: Service disabled, please go to Dashboard https://cleantalk.org/my?product_id=4

    Please advise on how I can resolve this eror message

    When I follow the links provided and click on the “Open support ticket” it brings me right back to this forum. And I’m trying to get help with the plugin I purchased.

    Please, check that you are using the correct access key for Security plugin.
    Make note that Security plugin and Anti-spam plugin are the different plugins and services.
