Real All Testimonial Link

Hi, on the following page (http://172.81.116.160/~tek1/) there is a testimonial area that randomly shows 4 client testimonials. When the user clicks on the “Read all testimonials” they go to page that shows all (http://172.81.116.160/~tek1/about-teknikor/client-testimonials/). The problem is the All Testimonials page is also randomly loaded so the testimonial in which the user clicked “Read all” isn’t at the top of the All Testimonials page. Any idea how to make that happen?
