    Hola, quiero comprar el producto pero debo asegurarme de que va a funcionar… ya que probé la versión gratuita y despues dejo de funcionar.
    Necesito la garantia de que va a funionar y de que no pagaré la version pro en vano.

    Hi, I want to buy the product but I have to make sure it works … since it’s the free version and then it stopped working.
    I need the guarantee that it will work and that I will not pay the pro version in vain.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
