Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry about the somewhat delayed response. We are experiencing an unusually high number of requests in our forums recently.

Are you still experiencing the issue still somewhere? If yes, can you share with me a URL to that page?

Also what you might want to try if you see something like that is going through our conflict testing guide to see if maybe one of the plugins or the theme you are using isn’t influencing this.
