Its all in the docs. https://nextgenthemes.com/plugins/arve/documentation/. Also please read the sticky posts on this forum.

This should be the shortcode to use.

    [arve url="https://vimeo.com/237013467" autoplay="yes" parameters="quality=720p" /]

    1. You should prefer normal urls instead of embed code urls, ARVE will create the right iframe src for you
    2. parameters can be set withing the url query parameters shortcode attribute not at the end of the url they can also be set on the ARVE options page
    3. Autoplay is handled separately form that because ARVE sets it based on several other conditions and modes automatically
    4. Also note that mobile browsers prevent autoplay and I recently read even chrome sets restrictions on autoplay like if tabs opened in teh background they do not autoplay or all autoplay videos get muted, something along these lines. This are restrictions ARVE can not overcome.
    5. I am not sure how Vimeo compares but I know that you cant rely on the quality setting for YouTube, they abandoned support officially and their players auto adopt to the best quality based on video size on the screen (it switches to HD if you go fullscreen). My guess is video does the same thing but not have extensively looked at this. I personally would not bother about such a quality parameter because this hosts specialize in video delivery and I trust their defaults more then forcing something that may make no sense. Just IMO.
