  • Hi @organifiedbeautybox,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    I need your help to understand what exactly you mean as it is a bit hard to determine that from your post.

    Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true

    Your URL should look something like this now:
    ….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true

    On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me (support@adtribes.io)? It will help me to understand how exactly you have configured your product feed and try to solve your issue from there.

    Thank you very much.

    All the best,
    Joris

    Hi Joris,

    I’ve responded to via email a couple days ago.

    Could please check if it came through?

    Many thanks.

    @organifiedbeautybox

    My apologies for the late reply. I am working on a major upcoming release of the plugin and had very little time to respond to all questions.

    Nonetheless I just pushed out a new version (1.7.2) with some small fixes in it, amongst those fixes is the stripping of short codes from the (short) description fields. Just update the plugin, re-run your feed projects and the shortcodes should be gone.

    Let me know if it worked out.

    Have a great evening,
    Joris
