When you share a post on Facebook, or when Jetpack Publicize publishes a post to your Facebook page, Facebook crawls the page and looks for Open Graph meta tags in the head to build a complete post preview (with an image, title, description, …).

Jetpack automatically creates these Open Graph Meta tags for you unless you already use another Open Graph plugin, in which case we let the other plugin handle things. You appear to use the Yoast SEO Premium plugin on your site, so that’s the plugin that will be in charge of providing all the info Facebook needs to create post previews.

A quick look at one of your posts shows that Yoast SEO adds all the Meta tags you need.

However, your site is very slow to load, and Facebook just isn’t able to access your site; requests time out before the page can load. In fact it is most likely an issue for your readers as well; I had to reload this post three times before to see it:

You can see what Facebook sees by entering one of your posts’ URLs in Facebook Debugger:

I would recommend that you work on fixing those loading time issues so both your readers and Facebook can access your posts, and generate proper post previews.

    I hope this helps.

I tried by deactivating all the plugins (so that page can load quickly), and my page loaded very quickly, but still i am unbale to share the post.

I already tried the trouble-shooting steps provided in the support forum.

I have already disabled JETPACK Open Graph Meta tags creation so that it used Yoast SEO Open Graph Meta tags.

    Is it not right?

    Please let me know.

If you will ask i will deactivate all the plugin for you. so that you can check.

Please let me know when you will be available at 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST- Indian Standered Time).

Since i already did that so i am unable to get the issue.

    Please help further.

You do not actually need to deactivate anything in Jetpack; as soon as the Open Graph tags are active in Yoast SEO, the ones from Jetpack disappear.

Once the page loads quickly, could you try to use Facebook’s Debugger once again, and click on the “Fetch new scrape information” button to ask Facebook to delete its cache and attempt to fetch Open Graph tags once again?

I deactivated all plugin and try to redebug multiple posts on “Facebook’s Debugger” using “Fetch new scrape information” button.

Now the problem is for one post it scrapped in single attempt. for some post it takes two times to scrap and for some post it event takse 3 times to scrap.

What is the issue behind this. All plugins are deactivated for all posts and posts are loading quiclky(nearly in equal time span). But scrapping needs multiple hits.

Also the main problem is no user is going to debugger first and then scap the page and then return back to post and share the post. He will directly click on fb share on the post itself and try to see title and image. Which is not actually working right now.

So let me know whenever i am creating a post i have to manually go to debugger and scap the page and then publish it for fron-end users.? It’s really a big issue.

    Please guide.

    Thanks

No, that should not be necessary. The debugger is only there to help you investigate changes on your site, and to force Facebook to visit your site again to notice the changes.

If Facebook is not able to access your site on the first try, that either means that your site is too slow and Facebook gives up, or something is blocking the Facebook bot from accessing the site.

If you would like to dig into this a bit more, I would recommend that you contact your hosting provider and ask them to take a look at your raw access logs, look for visits from the Facebook bot, and see what the response was for those visits? Did the bot get an error from time to time? If so, which one, and what was causing it? Your host should be able to shed some light on that.

    I hope this helps.
