Edit a Ticket reply (from back-end) not working

    I have the Pro (paid) version.

    Tried to edit a reply that I wrote (in a ticket) from the back-end. I am the Super Admin.

    But when I clicked Submit, it reloaded the page but the new edit does not appear.

    Please help

    Hi @libglo,

    We have added this in our bug list. We will try to reproduce this bug at our end and if we found, we’ll plan for fix in future version of WP Support Plus and post update here. If we do not found this issue at our end, we’ll need to further discuss the issue on your site.
