    Hello,

    I have purchased the pro version and I only have good impressions from the first sight.
    Any lacks that this plugin may have the support is there to cover any of your requirements directly.
    Very quick support and a nice way to administer the support tickets.
    I would recommend this plugin to anyone that would like to have a live chat plugin.
