You don’t need a plugin for that. Just copy the Tweet URL into your page or post. if it doesn’t take (some themes are weird) then wrap the link like so.
[embed]tweet-url-here[/embed]
Sorry, I don’t know what you mean by a Tweet URL. I clicked on the top of my List Timeline and copied the URL: https://tweetdeck.twitter.com/#
You can’t mean that?

I tried a URL of the List, but that just created a link back to Twitter

Try this as an example:

When you do that on a page or post, do you get that Tweet embedded as below?
Yes, it worked. Now, how do I get to work with the List timeline?

OK, that’s cool. I’m using NASA’s Twitter list for this.
Install and activate the official Twitter plugin.

In the page you want the list to show, paste this URL.
