    Hello,

I’ve created two Cart Discount Rules, one which gives a 10% discount if they purchase 3-5 products, and one which gives a 15% discount if they purchase 6 or more products. I placed orders through Sandbox, and it’s working correctly, but on the invoice, below Subtotal it only says “Coupon: discount”, with no explanation as to what the discount is for. I can’t find any indication anywhere in the cart as to what the discount is for. I’d like it to say: Coupon: “10% discount on purchase of 3-5 patterns” or “15% discount on purchase of 6 or more patterns”, which is what the Rule Description is. I would expect that to show up on the invoice. (Or the discount name, which is 10% Discount or 15% Discount, as appropriate.

How do I get this text to show up? Is that in the Pro version?

    Thanks,

    Sue

    Hello Sue

Since the plugin supports applying multiple discount rules (it is possible to apply a slew of rules), we have used a common title.

    Example:

    It is possible to configure
    5% discount for Product A
    20% for product B.
If customer purchases Product A and Product B, then we can only say as Discount.
We cannot say 25% (20 + 5) because that would be wrong.
Also showing in two separate columns would confuse the customer.

That is the reason for using a common title.
