Conflict with Header Image

    if the Plugin Support Plus is disabled, the Menu and the Head Image are displayed regularly, if it is turned on, you can not see the text of the Menu and the Head Picture

    Hi

    It could be a issue with your theme or conflict with other plugin, please deactivate all recently installed plugins and try to use WP Support Plus, again activate those one after another to detect which only making WP Support Plus non-functional.

    If that doesn’t resolve your issue, please create a ticket on our site.

    thanks for the quick response, the theme can not be, nor other plugins, because the main site has the same plugin but is not active Support Plus and everything works regularly.

    I disable all Plugins by leaving only Support Plus active and the problem remains, if all Plugins and Support Plus disable, it works regularly

    Hi

    try enable/disable bootstrap files in Support Plus > Advance Settings > Advance Settings Tab > Bootstrap Files.
