    I was using PHP 7 and after the most update today, sermon manager crashed. It didn’t crash my whole site like it did on PHP 5.3, but it timed out. So, I just changed my PHP to the suggested 5.6. The plugin works now, but the short code [sermons] doesn’t find any sermons. The /sermons page still works, but I would like to use the short code to populate my own sermons page, http://fbcls.church/recentsermons/ . I would prefer to return to PHP 7, but the new version of Sermon Manager doesn’t work with 7.

    Hey @asmith731,

    That’s a weird issue. Sermon Manager should be fully compatible with latest PHP version, since we use it for day-to-day development.

    Regarding no sermons on shortcode, can you try development version?
    Just remove current Sermon Manager and install the one from the link. (no data will be lost)

    Windows defender flags your zip file as a virus and won’t let me download it.

    Went back to PHP 7 and everything I use, except the short code [sermon], is working.

    Oh wow, that should not happen at all, we certainly don’t have any viruses in code. Do you have any detailed scan results?

    Edit: Here are VirusTotal scan results, it’s 100% clean

    The issue that you are experiencing is tied to some specific server configuration that we can not reproduce.

    For whom it may concern, issues have been resolved with the client via email. All fixes are released in Sermon Manager 2.7.1.

    The only non-resolved issue is “Load more not working”, since it’s a theme specific issue
