    Hi Nikhil Gawali,

    Is it possible for you to add feedback section on the ticketing system, so the clients can evaluate the support person response.
    Something like on this image.

    You could add some of yous commercial links at the bottom of the support ticket page on websites, with option to remove them if someone give you some donations:)
