Plugin Stops Category Feed From Working

Hi,

First I’d like to say is great plugin. I’ve been using it for some time now and it works great. However, due to a recent update to the plugin, it has conflicted with my site category feed. When plugin is disabled, category feed works, but when plugin is activated, category feed does not work. This only happens with category feed and not main feed. I have no idea how this has happened, but hopefully it can be fixed.

It seems that code block 2 is inserted into this RSS feed:
http://www.solvibrations.org/DIY/marketing-advertising/feed/

Make sure RSS Feed is disabled for code block 2 (button Misc):

Have you disabled insertion for RSS Feed for code block 2 and cleared cache or regenerated RSS feed?

I actually don’t know how to do this kind of thing. So, I’ve asked a friend to help me do it. He said that he followed what you said, but it still did not work.

You still have code block 2 inserted in the RSS feed.

It seems you have not rebuilt the RSS feed:
<lastBuildDate>Thu, 14 Sep 2017 16:05:03 +0000</lastBuildDate>

An easy trick that works sometimes – Login to your WordPress admin area Settings -> Reading and change the number in ‘Syndication feeds show the most recent‘ option, this also updates the RSS feed. Once feed is updated, you may change the number back to whatever it was before.

You can also update any existing post to force recreating the RSS feed.

Check the lastBuildDate of the feed to make sure it was updated.

I’ve done everything you’ve mentioned, but I do not know how to check lastBuildDate, to confirm.

I have it now. Yes, it was updated, but still the same issue. <lastBuildDate>Mon, 18 Sep 2017 16:06:19 +0000</lastBuildDate>
