Did you assign the ticket to the agent? This issue will happen if you are replying with out assigning the ticket to the agent.
Let us know if the issue persists.

Please share a screenshot for us to understand and resolve the issue quickly. Ideally, if the ticket is assigned to the agent. Report view and Agent view will have the number of replies handled by the same agent.
