• This plugin is very robust. Very useful for companies who have multiple agents that need to correspond with customers.

    Can be a bit heavy at times when there is lots of traffic – too many Apache requests.

    This plugin also doesn’t always recognize when a user initates a chat when agents are available and then sends and email instead.

    Thank you so much for your review and your feedback!

    We have a new beta version available that will help with the issue of the plugin being dependent on your resources. Our new version uses a cloud server to handle the chats and therefore negates any issues of overloading your server. It also has a ton of new features.
