Facebook API Didn’t Work

hi awesome mashsharer team 🙂

i want to ask some question here..

1. why my Facebook User Access Token didnt work? i try to follow step by step tutorial from your documentation here http://docs.mashshare.net/article/132-how-to-create-a-facebook-access-token and here http://docs.mashshare.net/article/123-how-to-create-facebook-app-id
but it doesnt work at all, and i realized theres some different step in your screenshot tutorial when add a new app on facebook at step 2 & 3, are this outdated tutorial? so my facebook token didn’t work cause by my false step?

2. whats different between use Facebook User Access Token or not? i try to leave empty at Facebook User Access Token column and my article sharer still works
