Thank you for your complete explanation of your issue along with all the screenshots.

From what we can see there, your Feed URL https://top-steroids-shipping.com/feed/ shouldn’t be put in the Custom Feed URL field.

Instead, you should create a Feed Source with that Feed URL in place.

Have you added any Feed Sources yet? If not, please follow this guide to create one.

Once you make one and the feed’s starting to import, you can check the result by visiting WP-Admin > RSS Aggregator > Feed Items.

If you already have some Feed Items there, then you should also see the result in your front end part of your site, where you use the [wp-rss-aggregator] shortcodes.

Yes, if you’d like to import the images from the feed, you’ll require the Excerpts and Thumbnails add-on.

It’s also included in the Simple Feeds Bundle which contains another two add-ons but come with a cheaper price, should you need more features when importing your feeds.
