Syncing the entire user list

    Hi there,

    I just found out that the plugin syncs only the users that have actually made orders and not the entire user list (my shop’s model is signup-only).

    I was wondering if there is any way to change that since I want to market to all of my users and not only the ones who ordered something.

    Would love to have your help here.

    Hey there @egantz,

    Thanks for getting in touch. You are correct that the MailChimp For WooCommerce plugin is only designed to sync orders. There is not a way to include any records that have not completed an order in WooCommerce I’m afraid. That said, I can certainly pass along this feedback for our team to keep in mind with future versions of the plugin.

    In the meantime, it may be best to find an additional plugin that can sync those signups to your MailChimp account. While searching for one, I would highly recommend testing it beforehand to ensure that you don’t encounter any conflicts between the two plugins.
