Paid for Support. No resolve!

I paid $59 for “Priority” support. Its been too slow to call it “Priority”, and Im paying to have things cleaned up after the plugin was deactivated. Had I known this would create a mess, I would never have added your plugin. Had I known plugins, short codes, and some functionality would be lost I would of waited for Google to update to a more friendly platform allowing all site content to be used and integrated without having to “build” another site not to mention working out the bugs and issues on everyones end especially AmpforWP’s,
You guys have added redirect on my site which has redirected the “post” articles, but all my “pages” are still showing as Google amp serp’s with 404 error messages and no redirects.
I have several pages that generate substantial revenue, and Im loosing leads and revenue by the day. I take responsibility for making a poor choice for using amp or amp plugins when its not a fully developed platform.
However, I paid to have this resolved. The email response time is inadequate. Being in India is not an excuse when you refer your paid as priority.
I’ve sent multiple emails today to no avail. No response. No resolve. Im dying here loosing cold cash by the minute. This is really bad. You guys are laser focused on setting up and monetizing your “FREE” plugin hook. Even charging for “Priority Support” which moves like a turtle with 3 legs. What a shame. You should of made stern warnings about the risk of using this plugin, and how complicated the process can be if one wants to restore their site and deactivate ApmforWP or Amp in general.
PS- I had no interest in sharing my issues in this forum, however, at the moment I have no support, no ears to hear my frustration, no response from you guys, and no resolve.
Someone feel free to contact me with support. I’ll just be here waiting for some magic to happen as im loosing thousand a day.
