User email notifications not working

    Since the beginning of using your plugin we had problems with getting email notifications to work. We left it alone for some time. Now we want to use it again, but again we run into the same problems with the email notifications.

    PHPMailer -> works almost reliable for admin (sometimes no email is sent, though), doesn’t work at all for user, test email works fine though
    PHP mail() -> no notification comes to either admin or user inbox, test email works fine though
    SMTP and SMTP 2 -> not set up (when set up, give back an error with test notification)
    WordPress wp_mail() -> “Notification test email could not be sent” error, also not working at all

    Please help us. We have to double check the reservations every time, send out manual responses and it’s really annoying.
