    This is a site under construction on Amazon Lightsail. I’ve tried this on Firefox and Chrome, and it happens on both. The Jetpack update appears to have broken the visual editor in Ultimate Product Catalogue. From their support forum:

    We haven’t changed anything in our plugin that would affect the visual editor. Do you happen to be using the Jetpack plugin? We’ve had reports from some users that there is an issue with the latest version of Jetpack that is causing the visual editor to not work properly in WordPress.

    When entering a new product you can only paste text into the text area, not the “visual” textbox. Once you’ve entered it and saved the product when you go back in and view the product it looks like this:

    If you try to go to visual, the text disappears:

    If you click back to text the text is still gone:
