    We are using the hustle plugin as a content gateway that requires users to submit their name and email in order to access downloads. Users that have already subscribed should still be able to access the content, however they receive the “This email address has already subscribed.” error message. How can we disable this error and allow already-subscribed users to view the content?

    Hello @bermudabruin,

    I’m not sure we are on the same page now. Are you using Opt-in option in Hustle or Custom Content?
    Opt-in is created specifically for collecting email addresses to local list or email services (so it will not allow for duplicated emails). It can’t be used as content protection.
    I think you might need to check this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/opt-in-panda/ as it offers unlocking content for users that subscribed.

    If you are using CUstom Content Popup then can you provide what additional plugin is used with it (or shortcode) to display form?
